They told her, her vehicle would be ready on a Friday but it was not done until Monday. They told her the reason for the delay was because of a shortage of employees.

Ashley said she noticed that there was something with the back end was driving different after the accident. They said they would look at it but it does not appear they did an inspection of the rear end. Three days later the vehicle back end felt like it was dragging. She took it to a mechanic shop on Saturday who said that when the accident occurred the 4 wheel drive was hit and bounced around.
