I took my 2005 Acura TL in because the battery was losing power. Cowgill was quick to get back to me with a diagnosis (faulty alternator) and were ready to do the work as soon as I gave the approval. I had mentioned that they had done my alternator about 3 years ago. They checked my history and did the research to validate that the part they were replacing was still under warranty and it was.
