Dustin said the customer service was outstanding at this business. However, they did not know what they were doing. They had to look on the internet to find out how to perform the service on his vehicle and they almost used the wrong oil. They were unable to reset the gauge in the system so it voided the warranty. They rang him up twice.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. My technicians haven't memorized how to reset the oil light on every car, especially Mercedes-Benz. If I'm not mistaken you stopped in very close to closing time and we stayed after hours to service your vehicle. I had asked if you could come back the next day to reset the light and you never showed. You requested regular oil and I had informed you that Mercedes-Benz actually require synthetic oil. My secretary billed you for a regular oil change before I was able tell her to change it. Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding.

"I love D&T and would recommend them to everyone"
I've been going to D&T since I moved here 6 years ago. They took excellent care of my old 1990 Honda Civic and now, take excellent care of my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. They really care about what I can afford and really care about taking good care of my car. I always buy my tires from them, and if anything happens to my tires, D&T fixes them for free. One time, the plug they put in my tire didn't work out and the next morning my tire was flat again. I gave them a call and they came over to where my car was, pumped up the tire, and drove it back to their shop, and fixed it, for good, with a new plug. That is literally the only time something "negative" happened with them - and they were so great and responsive, I still feel like I couldn't have asked for better service. I trust them 100%. I feel like they always have my best interest (and my safety) in mind. They also have a shop cat (and sometimes a shop kitten!), which is awesome.
