Exceptional customer service taking care of both the car and customer
After hearing an unusual noise from the rotation of the tires and a vibration, I was uneasy with the safety of the car. I have just moved up and therefore added to the uneasy feeling of the unknown. I brought the car to Hyundai first thing the next morning. Seth listened and did his very best to get the car inspected despite the tight schedule. They ordered the part after diagnosing the issue to be the wheel bearing. Seth also fit me in a day earlier once the part came in to further ease my mind. They also found a lug nut loose which may have contributed to the issue. They took care of all the issues they found. Throughout the process, they not only took care of the car, but they took care of this customer. What exceptional service!
