Refused to sell my husband a car
They refused to sell my husband a car. Ernesto was his "salesperson ". My husband saw the car he wanted- and called the dealership because we live in Ohio and they advertised that they do shipping. Ernesto wanted to do the whole deal via text message. Bizarre to say the least. Everything looked peachy until he tacked on an extra $2,600.00. My husband questioned the extra charges and was told that it was a "warranty ". No explanation as to what the warranty covered or even a mention of a warranty. When my husband offered to buy the car without said warranty he got ghosted. No reply to phone calls or text messages. My husband tried to call Ernesto to ask what this $2,600.00 "warranty " covered and some details about it and Ernesto said he would call back- nothing. Zip. How unprofessional can you get? If you want to buy a car with a place that has good communication and a drama free transaction look elsewhere.
