Charge problem
Mercury villager....Darrels call by phone say repair price $450 , but when we come in for picked up....price jump up to $638 ??why ?

The vehicle was diagnosed as needing a wiring harness repair at two of the injectors and this was the price given.  While doing the repair two injectors were found to need replacing.  One of these was done under warranty and there was no charge for it.  The other was a new issue and had to be addressed for the vehicle to run.  The vechicle was already taken apart for the repair and the work was done without charging any additional labor.  Due to a miscommunication issue a phone call was not made to notify the customer.  The price of the injector is what made the price higher.  If the technician had put it all back together without putting the new injector the vehicle would not have run correctly.  We do apologize for the communicaiton error.

Eric said he brought his vehicle into the business to have his check engine and traction control looked at. He said he just received his vehicle back a few days ago and feels like nothing has changed from the time he dropped his vehicle off at the business to the time they had the vehicle to conduct the repairs. He stated he feels like nothing had been done on his vehicle. He is not happy with the fact he had to bring his vehicle back for a second time. He either wants them to fix his vehicle correctly or put the old parts back in and give him his money back. He has spent $742 on the repairs, just to bring the vehicle back. He would not recommend the business for service.

Sylvia said it took this business a long time to figure out what was wrong with her vehicle. The air conditioning is still not working. She is going to have someone else look at it. She would not recommend them to others because she does not think they diagnosed her vehicle properly and they did not give her a good vibe when she was at their facility. She does not want to return to them because of how long they took during this experience. She spent $785 to fix the vehicle and her air conditioning is still not working.

Lack of attention
Battery had tested poor, in need of replacement a couple days prior and yet they waited till I arrived to tell me battery needed to be replaced. No one noticed that the state required inspection had not been done. There was absolutely no suggestive sales made.

Mike said he was disconcerted because they found a Freon leak while repairing the fan motor. They added Freon with dye to find the leak. The air conditioner had been running icy cold before this service, but now does not run as cold. He never had to service the Freon before. The staff was really pleasant.

Sabrina said when she dropped her vehicle off they said it would be ready that day. She called to check on the status of her vehicle and they told her it was on the racks. She drove past the business five minutes after she called and it was just sitting there. When she called back a couple of hours later to see when the repairs would be complete, they told her it would be ready the next day.
