Bad experience overall!
They changed me one price and waited for me to leave to call me back saying they messed up and should have charged me more. Then said it was my responsibility to know how much to pay!

I am writing regarding a Cool Air Rebate application that has encountered some issues.

Please note that the rebate does not cover R-1234yf freon. Additionally, while the standard diagnostic charge is $200.00, we charged the customer $120.00. However, there is a discrepancy as the customer we served is Jose Vega, but the name listed on the voucher is Vivian Frausto.

I want to clarify this situation as it reflects poorly on my work, and I was simply performing the job I was hired to do.
