Oil and Tire rotation
My only comment is that if you want a quick oil change at a dealership it's not available here. Made an appointment, was there 10 minutes early and it still took over an hour.to complete.To compete with oil change firms like Jiffy Lube and Repair One you need to limit amount of customers to be able to get them done in under 30 minutes. Quality of work done was still
top notch. Also price was extremely higher than Repair One.

Slow service
I am usually happy with my service here, but this day it took 3 hours for an oil change & front brakes. I dont know if they were short staffed, but I wasn't very pleased. i had a 9am appointment.

Great Service Advisor
We have been going to Daytona Hyundai for service on our Elantra's for quite a few years now. One main reason is having a great service advisor to make sure we get the maintenance on the car we need. Elizabeth Williamson always makes sure we do. No more no less. She always has the answers to my questions and is always very responsive to my issues and concerns. (when we have any). Having someone you know you can depend on for the right information builds a lot of confidence that your car is being well taken care of. Thanks Liz

Fast, courteous and punctual.
I had to evacuate from South Carolina due to Hurricane Florence just when service was due on my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with this dealership. They were prompt, courteous and fast. Wish my regular dealership was this good!!
