Had recently purchased a used vehicle. Brought it to Dennis Automotive for a complete look-over and inspect a check engine light the dealership refused to do anything about. Upon inspections, noticed the engine light was related to some extensive work per a Technical Service Bulletin (was easily able to google and verify and had figured it out before bringing it in). They saw some belts needing replacement and I had the timing belt done (Mark was able to shave off some $$ for labor since the motor was mostly apart already). They saw a light bulb out and fixed that as well.
I pretty much just dealt with Mark. He kept in touch with me about what was being done regularly (took a few days to get all the work done). Now the SUV drives a heck of a lot better and I'm more comfortable knowing they did all this work before I go on a 6 hour drive.
Check engine light has not come back on since my visit, where 2 trips to dealership resulted in the light coming on 1 day after they simply turned it off.
