"Wonderful!"
Took car in, thinking the worse. Their technician inspected the car, found a problem, immediately made an adjustment,and continued with inspection. Other Issues were pointed out and an estimate to fix was provided. While the "other issues" were not serious, the car was scheduled for repair the same day. Everything is great. Will take all my cars to Discount Auto. Wonderful people, Great service. Ray G

"Not Happy This Time"
I have used them for several years to work on my different vehicles. They have always done an excellent job. However, on my last visit I felt they tried to short cut the simple repair job and I left not feeling very happy with their performance. Maybe it was just a bad day for all. I still believe they are one of the most trusted repair places in Beaufort and I will continue to use them. Just a bad day yesterday...I will still recommend them for anything major. Sorry I just felt let down yesterday by their performance and quality of work.

"They suckk!!"
I JUST had work done here on my car LAST WEEK. They quoted me a price... and half way through they added more things to it that ended being triple THAT price. Then tells me I HAVE TO PAY THAT AMOUMT cuz my car wont move without those added parts!! HOW CONVIENIENT!! SOOO... ITS BEEN A LIL OVER A WEEK AND MY FRONT TIRE BLOWS OUT??!! I wentvto NTB for air and the guy tells me that ny car has had a bad tire for "quite some time". .???

HOW IS IT THAT I HAD MY CAR JUS WORKED ON FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS... AND NOBODY SAW I NEEDED A NEW TIRE??!!! I called this pathetic place of business for the manager to say "We only worked under your hood..... but they did say you needed a tire alignment" HOW THE HECK YOU CAN SEE A CUSTOMER NEEDS AN ALIGNMENT.... BUT NEVER LOOOOK AT THE DAMN TIRE???? SAY I NEED A WHEEL SOMETHING FOR MY FRONT 2 TIRES (FRONT PASSENGER IS THE ONE THAT BLEW BTW) BUT NEVER LOOK AT MY TIRE TO SEE WIRES STICKING OUT??!!

This is by FAR THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR CAR SERVICES!!! DO. NOT. DO.IT.

Joshua said the business put in a new starter and it's no good. The old one was better. The vehicle now has a bad idle when he tries to start it. He told them to fix the turn signals, and told them it was an internal problem in the column, but all they did was put in a new bulb. He wants his $317 back for the work that they didn't do. He would go back to let them know, but is going out of town. The person at the desk was ordering online while he was trying to get his vehicle back.

"vW Passett"
I canmein to have a few wires reconnected that are in my door panel. They control the side mirrors and I thought some of the dashboard lighting. One item was fixed but the mechanic did not understand the extent of the problem. I will have to get the problem looked at again during another visit.
