Picture if you will, your oil pressure light goes on as you are driving on an interstate almost 900 miles from home. You look under the carriage and see oil dripping at an alarming rate. This happened to us. We limped to a convenience store, bought quarts of oil and then started calling to find an auto repair place that could help us.
We found DJ's Auto and we are so grateful. From the initial phone call to the exceptionally reasonable price and resolution, this experience was top notch. We were towing a camper and ended up spending the night in their parking lot; they even let us use their electricity!
Everyone was so accommodating and kind. A special shout out to Ralph Withers who helped us park and get sorted out. We can't thank the tech "JG" enough for the fast diagnosis and fix (a defective oil filter just about took us out with a blown engine). Lastly, early the next morning, "OFB" aka Don got us on our way with a clear explanation of what the problem was and how it was resolved. The price was right! We weren't gouged (and our situation was something that could lend itself to some serious padding).
We are huge fans and very happy to recommend and share our story. I see from other reviews here that kindness, efficiency, honesty and value are just a normal day at DJ's! THANK YOU!!
