Ella said after she left this business, her vehicle would not start. When she contacted the business, they called the tow company and she had to pay out of pocket for it. She was told her starter locked up and had to be replaced. The replacement pushed the final price to be more than the original quote. They were willing to work with her and agreed that she can pay the amount of the original quote.

Ms. Ella originally brought her vehicle in for a transmission repair.  I specialize in transmission repair only.  She has not reported any problems with the transmission I installed.  The issue with her starter was unforeseen and unfortunately it locked up shortly after she left the shop.  I offered to change the part at no labor charge to her. Ms. Ella paid only for the part.

Travis said the business did not run a diagnostics on his vehicle, and he is still having to replace parts that were not replaced by the business. He would not recommend this business for the reasons stated above, and the fact his friend that recommended him there is still having problems with their transmission.
