"Great and fast Service"
Had an appointment to get my car service due to a recall. I was told because they only had 1 technician the service could take up to 4 hours. So I left my car there and had a shuttle take me back to work. Well I received a call in a hour stating my car was ready and the shuttle was on the way to pick me back up. I very pleased with how fast the tech worked. The customer service representative there was polite and friendly. I will definitely take my car back to be serviced there.

"The best car dealership I've ever visited!"
From the time that I stepped foot into the dealership to buy a car, I was treated very well and I have brought my car in a couple of times for oil changes and again, I was treated well and I felt right at home and I will keep coming back and I will most likely, if possible, buy my next car there as well....

"Hyundai recalls"
The Sonata had quite a few recalls. Downtown fixed them all to satisfaction... even brought it to us, as we live 2 hours away! Quite a company!

My experience couldn't have been any better. The help desk service attendant Akasia was super nice. I probably spelled her name wrong and i apologize. Also sitting in the wait room, every last staff member who walked by me offered snacks and water and to make sure that my wait time wasn't as dreadful as it normally would be. Very appreciative to all of the staff members that were there during my visit.

"Sales #5 Service#2"
This is my third hyudai and came here looking for something better in service.
Our experience in sales was superior with
assistance of Brooks the salesman and Jerimiah. Both deserve a rating of 5
However, service is a different story. The
car purchase was around 8/31/2017. Less
than 100 miles later, i was experiencing a
flat and returned to the dealer. After 3hours
of looling at the tire, it was determined that
it needed to be replaced and that they did,nt
have a replacement. The spare was put on
and we were recommended to drive the vehicle home in rush hour traffic.That was
on Friday and we had to use it till Monday.
We called and there was still.no tire.They
told us that they would come and pick up
the car and return it after it was done. They
Picked up on Tuesday, kept it three days and
finally had Brooks return I FRIDAY EVENING!
Having this been my first experience with
Downtown Hyudai and i am hoping for better
Service in the future. My rating for them this
time would have to be only a 2
