Whoever hired this guy must have worked for Firestone. Until now I did not think anyone did more PHENOMENAL RIPOFFS than Firestone.
The fact is that there were minor discrepancies on the work I had done. They did not clean the old valve cover in the parts washer, it was black as the ace of spades with grease, but the old management promised me they would take care of that on my next service. That made me a happy camper again. If I dont get an apology for this behavior from management and assurance that they have changed some staff members I will make sure the word gets out to the entire neighborhood in Lewisville to AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
