"I wouldn't trust my transmission with anyone else."
ERT has been nothing but honest with me since day 1. July 2016 the transmission in my Honda Odyssey went out. I called and talked with Casey who gave me an estimate and that they offer 100,000 mile or 3 year warranty on their rebuilds. It was a no brainier to choose ERT. I dropped the van off then headed out of state with my husband. ERT constantly stayed in touch with me the whole time. They would call and update me and when they found a broken motor mount they asked if they could go ahead and fix it since the transmission was out and it would save me money if they went ahead and took care of it. ERT had completely rebuilt my transmission and replaced my motor mount in 3 days. I was amazed!!!
3 months later I get a free oil change in the mail so I call ERT and go. While there they went ahead and checked the transmission and found a cylonoid had gone bad. They asked me to bring the van back another day which I did. They had it fixed in 1 hour or longer and didn't charge me a cent. 1 year later I have to take the van back in for the yearly transmission check. They find that I have a tiny transmission fluid leak and ask if I can bring the van back another day to have it fixed. I took it back they fixed it in 1 hour. These guys are HONEST. Who else would fix a tiny oil leak or even tell you a cylonoid in your transmission has went bad? I didn't have a clue of these problems. Plus I haven't paid a cent for these services.
When ERT says 100,000 mile or 3 year warranty that's what they mean. Yes it cost me $3500 for a rebuild but that's about right for a front wheel drive vehicle. You can't beat their work, honesty, quickness, and warranty. I hope this will help others who are like I was and was a little hesitant to spend so much money on your rebuild.
