East Hill provided great service
I purchased a car through Carvana, took the car to Manufacturer dealer for inspection. They found a suspension problem that was going to cost between $2-5k to fix. Carvana’s warranty wouldn’t approve repair through them but gave me a list of their approved repair shops. Called East Hill and Elizabeth said I could drop it off same day. Dan called me the following day to let me know they confirmed same problem and would submit for warranty approval, got the approval the next day and started repair. Total repair time including the 2-3days waiting on parts was 5 days. Great first experience working with East Hill on airport and will definitely return.
