"Friendly, Courteous, Professional"
Friendly, Loaner Car when needed. Will go to great lengths to find out and to rectify your problem. Once they called Hyundai and verified the problem, they resolved it and I have not experienced any more problems thus far.

"Mediocre Service followed up with spam e-mail "
Sometime you have to wait a while for someone to talk to you (even if you have an appointment). Then you get spammed for a review and if you give less than 5 stars, they spam you with more e-mails with robotic apology.

I'm sorry that you have had these issues. I will see if I can help with this. However, this is an issue with the body shop not Hyundai Service department. This survey reflects on my staff and Cathy Stump your advisor. I will get with the body shop to see if I can help you get this resolved. April, my liaison for the dealership, was absolutely awesome. I was made aware of updates in a consistent manner so I never felt like I was left hanging wondering what was going on. I will definitely be going back should I need any additional help in the future.

"Mission accomplished "
After having this same problem fixed a few times, Ed Voyles was able to finally fix this electrical issue. I dropped the car off and told them i wouldn’t not be picking it up until the problem was fixed this time. Cathy Stump totally understood, gave me a loaner car for the mean time and then recommended other maintenance on the car which helped fix a noise I️ was hearing when you accelerate. All in all a good experience with friendly customer service that brings me back every time.
