Excellent Service Department
After repeatedly having terrible experiences with the Thornton Road Hyundai service department, my husband and I decided to try a different facility before giving up on Hyundai completely. We chose the Smyrna location and the difference was like night and day. Philip Parker was our service adviser and he went above and beyond to make sure our visit was easy and smooth. I can honestly say he restored our faith in the brand and the dealership.
If the powers that be are privy to this communication I hope that this commendation will make it into his associate file. People are quick to give feedback when something goes wrong. We should don't lose sight of the times when something goes right.
Kudos to you Mr. Parker! And to the employers who recognize his positive contribution to the team.
