Unhappy
Brought car in for oil change and asked them to check for a sound when I drive and turn to the left and low speed. Oil change is fine. I was told they heard no noise even though when I left the parking lot. I heard it. The service representative suggested there may have been ice and or I’m taking sharp turns. Few things wrong there. 1) Noise is heard daily 2) ice is no where on the ground or actual vehicle 3) not an aggressive driver and I don’t take aggressively sharp turns. I felt like I was told that it’s my driving that is causing the issue when that is not the case. Im starting to dislike this dealership less and less.
