"Service and more"
I felt my sante fe was riding rough. I knew it was literally 0 outside and the roads in Cleveland have been beaten up, but I wasn't sure there wasn't something wrong. I called and got an immediate appointment. They went over everything and gave my car a clean bill of health. I was also do for an oil change and they completed that. The service guys were very professional. My car was washed and ready to go in a very reasonable amount of time. Great experience.

The entire experience from making a phone call to set up the appointment to getting my Hyundai Santa Fe serviced was seamless. My car needed to be towed to the dealership because it would not start and the tow operator damaged a tie rod. Mara went to bat for me sending pictures to the tow company to show the damage so that the tow company paid for the repair. What could have been a very stressful situation was not because of the helpful service staff.

Elyria Hyundai Service center has provided consistent and reliable service. The waiting area is quiet, clean, and comfortable, and offers free coffee and water. There are snacks available for purchase as well. I usually bring my laptop along and am able to get work done while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I would recommend this center to anyone needing their Hyundai tended to!
