"Mixed messages"
Last visit they told my wife she should start thinking about tires and breaks, I took it this time and they told me the tires and breaks were fine. Maybe they mixed up cars 🤔

Service is usually excellent here. Got me in on short notice and provided good communication during the service. Car had to be taken back several days later for them to relook at it. Was told the problem was expected and would go away after 300 miles of driving. Could have been communicated earlier and saved me the trip back to the dealer.

I took my car in for an oil change. Out of all the times I have been, this was the best service I have had. Phillip was very helpful, nice, and explained everything to me in full detail since my car needed other things done to it. In the past, I've had some people in the service dept checking me in that were not friendly or had an attitude when dropping my car off. Phillip was very out going and I really do appreciate how nice he was to me. Thanks Phillip for all your help!

I am very sorry to see your last visit was not up to par.  I don’t understand the employees talking amongst themselves issue.  Was it the cashier and your advisor talking to each other?  Were they talking business in front of you?  I’d like to identify the specific experience to help prevent it from happening again.  I have added a note in your record for a free oil change should you choose to use it we would love the opportunity for a second chance at our expense.  Again, I do apologize for the bad experience and hope to see you again in the future.  Have a wonderful day and thank you for the feedback!
