EMPIRE
BROKEN DOWN SIDE OF THE ROAD, NO REVERSE NO FORWARD DRIVE ETC. CALLED EMPIRE TO LET THEM KNOW I WAS HAVING MY CAR TOWED TO THEM. THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME IT WAS TRANSMISSION $$$ BUT WHEN SKYLER CALLED IT WAS GOOD NEWS, ALTERNATOR WAS THE PROBLEM. THEY APPLIED MY WARRANTY AND SAVED ME A BUNCH. THEY ALSO TOOK CARE OF SOME OTHER VERY NECESSARY WORK THAT WAS IMPORTANT AND EVEN HELPED ME WITH A FINANCING OPTION THEY MAKE AVAILABLE. NEXT DAY I NOTICED SOMETHING HAD BEEN OVERLOOKED, TOOK IT BACK IN , THEY MADE ME THE PRIORITY, FIXED IT FOR FREE AND OFF I DROVE A VERY HAPPY PERSON. BROOKS EVEN CAME AND PICKED ME UP WHEN THE CAR WAS READY THE 1ST TIME. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT HONDA WOULD HAVE TOLD ME I NEEDED HAD I MADE THAT MISTAKE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MAKE THIS YOUR GO TO AUTO REPAIR SHOP, YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!
