First, my past experience with Evans has always been very good. The are customer focused, their work is good and they go out of their way to do only what “needs” to be done and make sure the customer understands their options. In the absence of this one thing, I would have given five stars. However, on this visit I needed a brake tail light lens replaced, which was known in advance. MY VIN number was in the computer already and had I been asked to provide a picture or come by in advance for a quick look, the part could have been pre-ordered and my car would have been ready in one day rather than needing an additional day to wait on part delivery. This is being posted as an opportunity for improvement rather than a strong criticism.
