First service at Federal
This was a fairly simple, routine oil change and filter. The price was very reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Work was performed in the time allotted and went very well. The only issue, and it was minor , is that the maintenance counter was not reset on the vehicle.

Raymond said that the facility completed his repair in an acceptable amount of time. They did the work right but he was charged a fee, on top of almost a thousand dollars of work, for an inspection that they could not complete because they were too busy at the time.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the price of the service rendered. The light that was one was the check engine light indicating a problem with the vehicle's engine. We have a Master Trained Technician with over 30 years expreience on staff specifically for these type of diagnostic repairs. You were charge a flat diagnostic fee that is quite common for any automotive repair facility. We constantly audit our prcing to ensure our pricing is competitive with other local shops.
