Ferrell’s doesn’t just change the oil, they make sure your car is save by letting you know of other services that might be needed, such as tires. They take the time to explain the service needed and why, we have always trusted them to do a good job.

Always are extremely helpful. Try to get us in and out in a timely manner and answer all questions. The take extra time with my mom and I who are both handicapped to help us with anything we might need.

Very pleased, recently we brought our diesel truck in with an engine that had been disabled by the on board computer. Ferrell's staff diagnosed and fixed quickly and at a cost much less expensive than we had anticipated. Additionally they found a power steering issue that we had no knowledge and fixed it saving us future huge problems. They have been super with a Chevy truck, GMC Yukon and our cute little Mini Cooper. Happy customers, definitely recommend!

Customer service is awesome.

I was getting vibration on my new rotors and Eric as usual took my car in, had it looked at and reviewed, found a minor rotor flaw and fixed it same day no charge. If I haven’t said it often enough in my reviews, Ferrell’s is definitely the place for all our vehicles. No don’t!!

Spoke with Shelby. She said they both were satisfied with the experience and always are pleased with them because they do a good job.

As usual, I was in and out of Ferrell's in less than an hour for a complete periodic service (oil change, etc., etc., etc.). All my questions were answered, and they gave me a detailed print-out for a recommended brake service on one of the rear wheels. If I hadn't been a regular at Ferrell's, I would never have known that I was close to running out of brake lining on that side.

Spoke with Joe's wife. She said that they use this business for service on all of their vehicles.

Yesi said Eric definitely makes it a point to always help out the customer and he will give her a lower price compared to what he originally gave her. She said Eric is good at what he does and as a mechanic she trusts him with her vehicle and trusts that she will get good service.
