Came in for a recall notice for a computer update. While that was being taken care of, they checked for any other recalls. One was discovered to be coming soon, and they have already ordered the parts. First Team is top notch!

The dealership took my vehicle into the shop exactly on time as the appointment was set for. I also got the vehicle back within the time table that the service department said I would.

The dealership has a very nice waiting area in the service department. It offers free coffee and other beverages along with snacks. It also has a couple of computers with internet that you can use while waiting. Over all, this was a very good experience.

Called because had no heat in vehicle. The coldest week on record for long time. Received service same day as called. Got in and problem was temporally fixed. Is great to be able to get service the same day. They repaired part because they did not have heat motor in stock. Great job 1st Team!
