Very poor customer service
Took my 90 year old mother’s vehicle in for warranty work. They claimed there had been an accident but no visible damage. Cooling flap was damaged. I ran it through insurance to get repairs done even though I doubted their damage excuse. They did get the flap fixed but the original reason for service was radar and lane assist issues that were not fixed.

After 5 messages, 3 phone calls and an email, they gave never responded as to what they planned on doing to fix.

I have made an appointment at another Hyundai dealer, hopefully, their customer service is better!
