No Effort To Check Or Adjust My Low Beam Headlights
Called last week to get my Low Beam Headlights repaired or at least adjusted. Yall gave me an appointment....I showed up 30 minutes early....drove up...explained to the guy what was wrong...(they appear bright during the day..but THEY ARE NOT during darkness....and are "unsafe" especially when it's raining at night.) The guy says...."we can't do anything about it and for me to drive with the High Beams on." I can't believe he said that....and that would even put on-coming traffic in danger. I'm a Retired Army Veteran ....young man...you cannot BS me!!! You get paid to perform a service....so grow up and do it!!!
