I came in for a oil change, without an appointment. They didn't make me feel bad for not making an appt, but did suggest it for next time. I was in and out within 30 minutes..and even with a clean car!

"Major Repairs Needed on 12 Year Old Santa Fe"
Service rep showed me the repairs that were needed at a regular service (oil, etc.) appointment. On a Thursday, had to wait for wait for parts (Radiator, etc.) so had a loaner over the weekend. Got a reconditioned part that saved dollars.

"Friendly"
Good Service. Friendly. 1 thing I was disatisfied with was that I needed to have my windshield wiper replaced and they did not have a factory one in stock and replaced it with a Rain X. I have not even had owned the car a complete year. It only has 7000 miles on it as of a few days ago. I needed one because of the rain and my husband was going out of town. The car looks crappy with 2 different wiper blades on it. It's a beautiful car. Still looks new except for unmatched wipers. I did not notice it until I was driving away. Came right back and said that they did not have the factory wiper in to replace it. I was never told that they replaced it with a Rain-X until I came right back. I think that this should be replaced with the factory wiper and bring it back to a true HYUNDAI SONATA LOOK Free of Charge!
