Consistently dependable
I was one of those people that always bought a car and never returned for service. I have to say that I actually enjoy going to Fort Mill Hyundai . People are friendly and courteous, and I don't feel like I am being ripped off.

Very professional and curteous service
The check-in is always very prompt and courteous. I like the fact they can give you an estimate of your charges before they do the work. However, I am going to have to bring the car back in for an airbag light that keeps coming on and going off. There was some recall work done at the last visit and I think it may have something to do with this issue.

Excellent Repair Service
My trunk lid stopped functioning so I made an emergency stop at the dealership to see if they could resolve the problem since I needed to transport a wheelchair on Monday morning. Within an hour or less the trunk lid was again functioning. Could not ask for better service without having an appointment. Kudos to the service writer and the repair team!

it was a very pleasant visit. We had not appt , just drove in and asked for assistance. It took about 5 minutes for a rep to speak with us, after he finished his client. We told him the problem and he wrote it up and told us he would call when he found out the problem. He called and gave us options. We came in and paid at the casher cage and she was very pleasant. Overall good service

Unusual delay
Oil change/tire rotation took at little over 2 hours. That’s unusual because I usually get in/out within an hour.
