Curt said he used to build his own vehicles, and he is very picky about who works on his. So far, Frank has done an outstanding job and Robert has always done so. He has very good customer service skills. He made sure he was updated and the vehicle was ready on time. He stated this kind of service is really had to find.

John said Robert was willing to communicate with him, had good response to questions, kept him posted on progress, and had good service. Overall, it was a positive experience. "Polite and quick"
Frank's had quite a few cars there but they were able to get me in and out in an hour and a half. The process was smooth and everyone working there was polite. I had to have my gas tank door cover fixed It wouldn't pop out all the way and now it works like a charm!

"Prompt and communicative"
I came in with an irregular Check Engine light, and received a quote in about 6 hours. The repairs were completed within a few days, with no back and forth over ordering parts or any new expensive mystery problems. Car is running great nearly a month later.
