Bad Review Discussion
Tom contacted me and we discussed my recent review. I changed my overall review score because I do appreciate that Tom reached out to me regarding my concerns. We went over every item on the estimate of needed repairs that I received and what I had learrned when I took the vehicle to a different inspection source. I told him that I wanted a thorough inspection but I did not appreciate the mechanic "padding" the estimate.

I was told that I needed repairs that I did not need and a major problem (front brakes) was present that was not found.
