"Stands by their work"
Had an issue with a rolling bed cover they installed about 6 months ago. Took it in and it was fixed without issue. Friendly people who will make sure you are taken care of. They stand behind their work without question.

"Fixed nothing and caused a worse problem"
Came in with a minor rough idle, nothing fixed and left with a dangerously high idle and almost a 300 dollar bill.

"Fixed Nothing, I lost my money in this shop."
I went in for a rough idle. Vehicle had throttlebody cleaned and distributor adjusted. The vehicle was returned to me with a dangerously high idle and was told that was because the computer needed to be reprogramned for and exta 180 bucks or so. My vehicle came with a minor issue and left with a major problem and was not even offered a refund. Bad business, i should have never brought the car in at all. Now i have to go elsewhere to have the problem that Gary's shop caused corrected

Garys Tire and Auto always provides world class customer service for all of the needs for my personal vehicle and our fleet vehicles at work. It is a pleasure to have Garys Tire & Auto in our neighborhood. It is hard to find a mechanic shop with superior service, knowledge, and though diagnostics. No hidden charges and very upfront. James at the front desk was a pleasure to do business with.
