They will schedule you on a specific time, but will keep you waiting. Saw my car parked outside for hours but did not see someone doing anything. I waited because the staff forgot to book a shuttle which I was told it was already booked. When I approached the staff it seemed that it was my fault i did not say anything. I tried looking for the staff but was not on her desk.
