I really love my Santa Fe.

I love the gas mileage (hybrid) I love the design. I love most of the safety features. The downsides are: it was in the shop for a week when we first got it because of an airbag warning light. We have been waiting several weeks for over a month for the dealer to get the parts for two recalls. (Hope they are not serious) The safety features are numerous-so the operation of them was a huge learning curve. I wish we didn't have to "log-in"-kind of a pain.

Calligraphy model

Love the heads up display! Will never own another vehicle without HUD. Seats are comfy, but don't always return to my setting. Love the Adaptive Cruise Control with Lane Assist, but occasionally it tells me to keep my eyes on the road even when I am definitely looking at the road in front of me. It is a little louder than I remember from the test drive and I now notice lots of wind noise.

Worst vehicle I have ever had!

Vehicle has been misfiring since 2025- purchased new 2024... vehicle now has been at service department for over 2 months! Loved my car but Hyundai has been horrible at fixing problem or responding back.

Overall, good vehicle. Less than 20,000 miles on one and a half years old. Lots of great features, drives great, was a good deal. A little wind noise from the driver side door. That’s the only complaint.

Nice’n roomy!

Seats are comfortably firm, and heated seats are the best. Being able to raise knees above hips is great for lower back, but wish I could raise them a bit higher for firmer lumbar support.

2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy

I've owned this vehicle for almost 2 years and have 15800 miles on it. I enjoy driving it and it is very comfortable. I only have to put gas in it once a month. It has great safety features. There are some quirks that kind of bother me like how it blows air out of the vents sometimes when the ventilations system is off and this is besides the scheduled ventilation it does to keep the vents form smelling bad. Otherwise I am happy withe vehicle and glad I purchased it.

Excellent

The customer service is always fast, friendly and personable. I recommend asking for pricing prior to getting serviced because I was not given pricing prior to and I also did not ask and was shocked when the bill came out, but the dealership took very great care of me and helped me. I drive 46 minutes just to come to this one to get service.

Great Vehicle, the tires however, not so much

I have nothing but great things to say about the vehicle. My only issues, there are 2, the windshield seems more prone to chipping from highway debris. Secondly and more important, I had major issues with the Pirelli tires. The issue (could not be balanced) was finally resolved, all 4 were replaced as deemed defective. The process to get them replaced was terrible taking months as the tire manufacturer Pirelli would not take responsibility.
