Service technicians need to be more thorough in searchin for the problem that has been reported by the customer and the hedge service manager needs to be more compassionate when the customer says the problem still exists.
The head service manager at Star Bayside needs to understand that the customer is a valued commodity and that services are valued more highly than the price and sell of a car.

I see this quite differently.  I was spoken to in a disrespectful and loud tone right from the start. When I was told they would go to a different dealer I did say that they were certainly free to do that. I'm glad your issue was resolved.
