I am very disappointed to learn that this occured. There has been an error in our scheduling system to allow valets as an option. It is unfortunately not available at this time due to lack of staffing to perform valet pick ups but is something we are actively working on having back soon. We are also starting construction on our new Genesis location seperate from Hyundai to better accomadate and create a better luxury experience for our Genesis customers. We hope this improvement will better suit your needs and keep you coming back.
