We are known for our customer service here and I'm not sure what happened, but I myself make the calls for a followup the next day... for all our customers. I can only think that I have been calling the wrong number and leaving my thank you message with someone else!!! Please accept our appologies , and know that I will be calling you first thing when I return to the office Monday!!!(I don't keep customer numbers at home) . We take our follow up calls, texts, and e-mails very seriously and are truely sorry you have had no contact for 2 days.
