Our system was completely down for several days and we were not able to use the phones, computers or the internet. Someone will be calling you to schedule the appointment we were not able to keep. I am reaching out to you on your visit experience. I do apologize for the experience that you had on your last visit. We are trying to achieve a fantastic customer relationship experience. That being said. We did pickup your vehicle up on 2-16-21. We did not have a loaner vehicle available for you at the time. When I talked to you you were okay with that. You had told me you have other vehicles and did not need a loaner. I had to get your wife's number to coordinate a pick for your Genesis. We did get your service completed. The charges that was accrued get paid thru Genesis. There is a link that gets sent of automatically. So I do apologize for that. The main concern was not resolved yet. When I spoke with you I did not have an answer for you about why your radio was not operating correctly. I had asked if we can keep your vehicle to do further diagnostic on it. You had told me that is okay. The next day the tech did verify that needs a head unite and needed to replace the radio. So we order the radio and I was waiting to find out when we would get one in for you. On 2-16-21 I had called your wife to give an update about were we are at. The radio does not show a eta for delivery, But I did let her know that it normally takes 2 2 1/2 weeks to get a new radio. What we had decided was to return your vehicle. Then when the radio comes in I would give you a call to pick up your vehicle. I do want you to know we greatly appreciate you as a customer an want to get you a warm fuzzy feeling. Knowing we are going to take care of you. We are looking over your complete concerns and want to addressed them. Our goal is to meet the expectation the you need.

Bobby was awesome to work with, I made an inquiry online and within minutes he reached out. I came in for only a test drive initially and to gather information. When I pulled up to my appointment I had been admiring a Vik Black Genesis GV70, only to find out that he was the owner of it! I got very lucky having a salesman that already owned the EXACT car I wanted. I did my research but he helped me learn even more cool things about the car and the test drive was so much fun ! That day I left knowing I HAD to get the 2024 Genesis GV70 Sport Prestige!
Since the specific car I wanted was not on the lot yet, I had to wait for it to arrive. I am not someone who likes surprises so the very next day Bobby reached out and let me know she had arrived! I wanted specific touches done before she was officially mine and Bobby kept me updated also followed through every promise! Loved the fact he never made me feel pressured to get additional things / warranties that I wasn’t interested in, made the buying process much easier for me.
Thanks to Bobby Grant I now have my dream car !
