Bobby was awesome to work with, I made an inquiry online and within minutes he reached out. I came in for only a test drive initially and to gather information. When I pulled up to my appointment I had been admiring a Vik Black Genesis GV70, only to find out that he was the owner of it! I got very lucky having a salesman that already owned the EXACT car I wanted. I did my research but he helped me learn even more cool things about the car and the test drive was so much fun ! That day I left knowing I HAD to get the 2024 Genesis GV70 Sport Prestige!
Since the specific car I wanted was not on the lot yet, I had to wait for it to arrive. I am not someone who likes surprises so the very next day Bobby reached out and let me know she had arrived! I wanted specific touches done before she was officially mine and Bobby kept me updated also followed through every promise! Loved the fact he never made me feel pressured to get additional things / warranties that I wasn’t interested in, made the buying process much easier for me.
Thanks to Bobby Grant I now have my dream car !
I am absolutely in LOVE with my Genesis !!!

Great service experience
Took my Gv80 to Chapel Hills Genesis for the first scheduled maintenance appointment since purchasing it there. Received excellent customer service and had a great overall experience. I couldn't be happier with my car and my experiences with this dealer. From sales to service they are the best around!!!

Service improved since first post
After our first poor experience in getting our G-90 serviced, the Genesis coordinator called, apologized and asked for a second try to prove their capability to perform to the Genesis standards. We agreed to give it another chance, cancelled our appointment with the Littleton dealership and had exceptional service. We are hoping this is going to be ongoing and not a one time experience due to a poor rating. So far the interaction has been outstanding. Keep it up!

Service - none existent.
We have a Genesis G-90; we have been calling the service department at Chapel Hills Genesis for 3 days now, no answer or no return call. We finally called and spoke to the receptionist, she took our name and phone number and said she would put it on Gregory Matthew’s Desk and when he got back from the dentist, he would call, he must still be at the dentist because we have not received a return call. We called again and spoke to the receptionist for a second time and left a voice message for the service department, no return call. This is getting to the point of being ridiculous! They were quick in taking our money for the new automobile, but follow up service is non-existent. We called Genesis of Littleton, who took our call immediately and we have a scheduled an appointment. Very disappointed in Chapel Hill Genesis, you have lost our business!

The whole experience was not positive.
The promised valet was not possible in the end but I was provided a loaner vehicle when the appointment was eventually rescheduled.
Staff was courteous.
Hopeful that it was just a challenging day, an aberration.

No one answers service phones
Very disappointing experience, no one answered the service phone for two days. When I finally managed to get through they sent me to a service persons voice mail who never returned my call. I finally got through on another day and insisted that someone schedule me.
Upon arrival at the service department no one at the service bay desk would even acknowledge I was there. I finally went inside and found someone who would talk with me. I was told that all computer systems were down and that not all the work I had scheduled could be done. I am still waiting to get scheduled for unfinished recall work and almost a week later I have heard from no one.

Service department the absolute worst
Genesis is a luxury brand but they run Genesis CS like a Yugo dealership. I love my Genesis but this dealer is awful on the service side.

I am reaching out to you on your visit experience. I do apologize for the experience that you had on your last visit. We are trying to achieve a fantastic customer relationship experience.  That being said. We did pickup your vehicle  up  on 2-16-21. We did not have a loaner vehicle available for you at the time. When I talked to you you were okay with that. You had told me you have other vehicles and did not need a loaner.  I had to get your  wife's number  to  coordinate  a pick for your Genesis.  We did get your service completed. The charges that was accrued get paid thru Genesis. There is a link that gets sent of automatically. So I do apologize for that. The main concern was not resolved yet. When I spoke with you I did not have an answer for you about why your radio was not operating correctly. I had asked if we can keep your vehicle to do further diagnostic on it. You had told me that is okay.  The next day the tech did verify that needs a head unite and needed to replace the radio. So we order the radio and I was waiting to find out when we would get one in for you. On 2-16-21 I had called your wife to give an update about were we are at. The radio does not show a eta for delivery, But I did let her know that it normally takes 2 2 1/2 weeks to get a new radio. What we had decided was to return your vehicle. Then when the radio comes in I would give you a call to pick up your vehicle. I do want you to know we greatly appreciate you as a customer  an want to get you a warm fuzzy feeling. Knowing we are going to take care of you. We are looking over your complete concerns and want to addressed them. Our goal is to meet the expectation the you need.

Genesis experience is not positive
Communication amongst the staff and with the customer is poor. Exchange car not available at time of appointment. No documentation on work done. Love the car. Until Genesis gets its act together I don’t recommend it.

Service advisor blunders
The service here is usually exceptional however, my service advisor's knowledge about my vehicle was poor and created unnecessary confusion and errors. I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident.
