The experience was fine. I had to wait about 6 weeks for a loaner after rescheduling oil change & recall, but it wasn’t urgent. The day after getting oil change, I get an email for a 10% discount on this service & it expires waaaayyy before needing service again. Oh brother! I know its not much but the day after?!!?
