Deplorable service
Owner of 2021 G80 in for routine maintenance and one issue, waited four hrs before being told technicians needed 2 more hrs to complete diagnosis.

We will adress the situation when it comes in with the ISG. I am quite certain the issue lies from the lack of miles and the low state of health of the battery. It will need to be charged to proper level for this function to be operable. Diagnosing and taking care of this situation is quite time consuming and not a good situation to wait. We do apologize for the amount of time needed to repair your vehicle. Have a great day!
