In the Sales Dept, David Helton and Stuart Begley, went ‘above and beyond’ in helping me re-install my Genesis app after my iPhone crashed, and instructed me on many features I had not been aware of; thanks to both of them for their assistance.
While getting my scheduled service, my Service Advisor, Junior Charlotte, went the extra mile to ensure all work was done to my satisfaction and went over all the work performed. He was especially attentive, when he learned my wife and I were leaving for a cross-country trip in our GV80 and made sure all the fluid levels had been topped off. Great service here always!
