Love my car!

Compared to the Mercedes I was looking at got soooo much more value for the cost. Resale value will not be as good but I can live with that. Love the appearance of the vehicle - especially the grill. Not crazy about the “spoiler” above the back window. It makes it difficult to get clean in car washes.

No service available in Albuquerque hence 3 stars

The vehicle itself is great. The problem is, I can’t get my vehicle serviced in Albuquerque. I have to travel hundreds of miles on my own dime to get an oil change. This is ridiculous. Genesis left customers high and dry without letting anyone know. What kind of customer service is that? The dealership I bought the car from won’t do anymore oil changes because they aren’t carrying Genesis filters. Which means any service needed won’t be done. I’m so disappointed. How do you think I’m going to recommend a vehicle if there’s no way of getting it serviced In Albuquerque?

GV 80 review

Great car. Can’t schedule service appointments within 30 days. Everything is 90 to 120 days out. The car continues to remind me I require service every time I start it and that frustrates me particularly since I am not able to schedule a repair for over 120 days.

GENESIS GV 80 PRESTIGE

Love this vehicle. Was considering purchasing a BMW 7 series or Mercedes 550, But after test driving the GV-80 it became a top contender. The quality is just as good as the BMW or Mercedes-Benz. It offered the same features as they did but at a more reasonable cost.

Genesis GV80 - A Spectacular Car

Due to the chip shortage and Covid I waited 36 weeks to receive the car, but it was worth the wait. The vehicle provides a very quiet and comfortable ride and I have had no problems with it in the two years since its purchase. The styling and look is stunning. I have received many compliments and I still get admiring looks from people on the road. We have taken it on multiple long road trips and it is fun to drive.

Genesis GV80

The Genesis GV80 is the best vehicle I have owned. It is beautiful inside and out and very luxurious. Handling is very sporty with great steering response and plenty of horsepower and torque, all the while getting excellent gas mileage. It is very quiet and comfortable to drive. The amenities are luxurious and very well engineered. It was also a very good value.

Develop dealer performance standards and enforce them

If I can't get my oil changed for two months, I need a different car. Get rid of your dealership in Roseville, CA. I even tried raising the issue to the sales manager on duty at the time. He could care less. My solution was to sell the Genesis and get another Audi.

I love everything about this vehicle!! It has an excellent overall performance! The lighting inside where you can change the colors is super cool as well! I especially love the extra safety features it has with it! I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone!

Genesis GV80 Vehicle Review

I thought the review was very thorough. As I said in my review I thoroughly enjoy my vehicle and plan to lease another GV80 when my lease is up. The best part is the luxury of the drivers compartment. As I am only 5'2" this vehicle is very easy to accommodate my size.

Great car bad dealers

Our Genesis GV80 was a great car the only negative was the Hyundai dealerships . Hyundai dealerships are not in the same class as the other premium luxury brands and if you are paying a premium price you should get a premium service and sales experience. Even using the concierge services was terrible. The Hyundai dealerships have no business selling the Genesis Brand.

Fantastic ride, good looking car with all the bells & whistles, great drive!

This car rides as nice as a range rover, has all the bells & whistles of any of the German brands and is really a joy to drive! I wish the gas mileage was a bit better but otherwise a great SUV with useable 3rd row and super tech & sound system! Bonus points for the styling, great looking ride.

Great vehicle

The GV80 is a beautifully designed vehicle with comfort & durability built in. I feel very safe in this car because of all the protective features. The GV80 is a unique design. I am stopped continually with people wanting to know what kind of car it is. I get stares at stoplights & just driving down the street. I definitely recommend the GV80 & I will buy another when I replace this one.

Great Vehicle

The GV80 is a fabulous vehicle: great styling, handling, spacious and safe. This is our third Genesis and may be the best yet. Plus Key Genesis is a wonderful dealership. The sales people are both courteous and professional and the service department is staffed with great folks.

Statement piece

Overall, my Genesis is a dream to drive. I know and have a traffic I can get In-N-Out of places fast. In heavy downpours here in Florida I feel safe when the roads are full of water. I love on long drives that my massage chair comes in and make sure my body is comfortable. And even tells me it's time to take a break.

My Dream Car

Literally my dream car. I don't want to drive anything else. Everyone who steps into my car can't even contain their love and how impressed they are with the interior and space. I've literally had people stop me in parking lots and asked if they could take a look at my car.
