Lacks quality post-sale customer service.

Superbly engineered vehicle. Very disappointed in post-sale customer service. One dealer closest to my home would not return repeated phone calls/voice messages to schedule first oil change. I even called the Sales department and asked them to relay to Service Department. Twenty five miles away a dealer was happy to do the work and they were professional but the work environment and waiting area reminded me of a 1970's gas station mechanics shop.

Great vehicle. Bad concierge service and dealer treatment.

Although I was excited about the GV80 and G90 that I owned since the first time I read about them and ultimately purchased both, the terrible experience with Genesis/Hyundai dealerships as well as the concierge ultimately led me to sell both and warn many friends and family members away from the vehicle brand. The vehicles quality was second to none but customer experience was so disappointing and insulting.

Great vehicle for your money

TheGenesis GV80 is a top notch SUV! The interior is ultra luxurious and the exterior is quite stunning. After driving a BMW 7 series for years this vehicle was a welcomed relief (especially in the wallet). The warranty is outstanding- probably the best out there on any luxury vehicle. The GV80 is fast, fun to drive and great to drive alone or with a family in it. Well worth your money!

Ok

Beautiful vehicle with high performance but lousy gas mileage The. At is a head turner. People stop and look to seeehat type of vehicle it is. Fun to watch peoples reactions. Not much else to say but will use the alphabet to hit the 250 word minimum!!!!!

Excellent car in all points of view

The GV80 is great under all aspects: comfortable, smooth driving, safe, best sound quality, good looking design. In one word it is top! That is the reason we ha e two GV80: one here in the US and one in Korea. We have Mercedes too but I think the GV80 has better features and is as good may be better!

GV80

Make sure you research the Dealership. Autofair is very misleading and is not to be trusted. Service is horrible, the repair is very sloppy and not completed. The techs are lacking quality and do not verify that the job is completed. The repair should be reveiwed which is was not and things were not put back together correctly. Very dissatisfied with the repair and the service rep.

Awesome vehicle

I enjoy the experience with the GV80. It’s beautiful, handles very well. The color is awesome and I get numerous positive comments about the vehicle. One commenter even mentioned that he had just bought one and was upset because he wanted the color of mine and couldn’t get it.

A Promised Delivered!

After seeing all the marketing advertisements it was well worth the wait. Genesis delivered on a promise that exceeded all expectations. The interior and exterior style is an eye catcher. 360 degree curve appeal makes it stand above the rest. We have the 2021 G80 and the GV80 2021. We have purchased four (2015, 2018, 2021, 2021) so far and we love the Genesis products!

Awesome car

Love my Genesis. Great ride. Best SUV I ever owned. I receive more compliments for how it looks than any vehicle I ever owned. I recommend it all of the time to friends. Great service from the dealer as well. First Genesis I have owned and will only buy Genesis for now on.

Best Decision Made in 2021!

We love our vehicle, and it was the best decision made! We get excellent customer service each time we visit the dealership. Hunter is the best! She goes over and beyond when we present any concerns to her. Everyone is patient and allows everyone to feel like family.

My Forever Car

I love this GV80. It has a lot of power and is very comfortable. I have 3 big dogs and they enjoy it he ride since it has a lot of air conditioning vents. The cargo area is not as big as the Palisade, but all of the other features make up for that.

Gv80

Great suv. Excellent feel for road. Very comfortable. Driver assistance features make it so easy and safe. Excellent power. Lexicon music incredibly good. Like the screen, control. No problems with it at 10k miles. Massage is just right. Lot of confidence driving on mountain roads with good control and power. On highways car pretty much drives itself for long stretches. I was surprised it could do that so well.

Genesis...a cut above

Price, quality, looks and much more. Check with your local dealer. Southtowne was the dealer for me. Genesis has all you want and need at a price far below other manufacturers. Other cars with the same quality are priced much higher and sometimes offering less quality, comfort and style

Safest Vehicle Purchased

Overall this is very well designed vehicle. Safe and beautiful. I get lots of comments, from people at the red light to people seeing it in a parking lot. I love the safety of the vehicle with kids in the back, i have grandkids and this helps so much with leaving kids in the back.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned!

I have owned Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche vehicles, but the Genesis GV80 is the best vehicle I ever owned! The ride, style, comfort, and overall beauty and performance is just stunning!! I actually look forward to driving this car every day. I have never owned a car as enjoyable to drive.

Love my Genesis GV80

Love my Genesis GV80. I love the power delivery, I love the style, I love the comfort, and I love the color. I looked at the Acura MDX, and the Volvo XC90, and I chose the GV80. We were so tired of Silver, grey, white or black SUV’s and we loved the color choices that Genesis gave us. Murdock Genesis has been a great dealership to work with and the service is excellent.
