Service

Service is horrible. Took vehicle in for an oil change at dealership, dropped the car off and received a call hours later that they didn’t have an oil filter. Tried to make another appointment at multiple Genesis dealerships and the best I could get was a 2 month wait for an oil change.

No quality control

Nice styling. Questionable quality control. Take the car to dealer first oil change. Dealer said problem with oil plug from factory. Waiting on new oil pan which is not in stock. Put me in a g70 loaner. Too small. I should be in a comparable car that I can fit in

Purchasing the GV80 is best decision I have made

It is an absolutely awesome car. The marriage between luxury, performance and price is incredible. I receive so many compliments on the GV80. It does not lack features that the typical high-end SUV has. The safety features and technology are everything I could want. The sound system is great!

Highly Recommended

My scores were at low 600's and I had few negatives and judgements. I have 14 credit cards, almost 70K in credit and I was curious - what is the road to an 800 credit score? Someone reliable recommended XAP Credit Solution on reddit and I’m grateful I wasn’t adamant in yielding to his advice. I'm already a homeowner as it is today. I had 1 late payment from 1 year and 10 months ago which was marked as paid on time. I am happy to report I finally hit 800 on two reports (802 on Equifax, 790 Transunion and Experian 800) and the judgement is no longer on my report. The Chex system has been fixed as well. Enjoyable so far

Love the styling and appearance. Dashboard cluster is limited, no digital display of the mph or head up display. The car handles well and generates several second looks. Notices of service maintenance can be bothersome. They appear when service is up to date.

One of a Kind

I’ve had and driven many cars over the years and have found this vehicle to be top in class! It is outstanding and if I choose to purchase another vehicle in the coming years it will be the same vehicle! I did my research before I purchase this vehicle by test driving it in a couple of other luxury crossover SUVs but the other two did not compare to this one!

3rd Genesis for me and loving every one i have owned!

If you're out there shopping for the newest technology and feature for a 1/3 of the price from the European competitors out there then give Genesis a serious thought. You will leave the test driving experience with a smile on your face. Genesis has and is always improving on their products and have come a long way.

the pleasure of driving the gv80

Driving around in the GV80 you have a special feeling that people are staring and wondering what kind of car is that you are driving. One day my wife and I were stopped at a red light and a man popped out of his brand new X-5 BMW and asked who made and what was my Blue GV80? He then told me "boy did I make a mistake" and drove off.

This is a great vehicle

I loved the car buying experience. I love the GV80's performance. The car performs way better than I ever expected. It performs even better on long drives. The service experience is beyond what I anticipated. The GV80 is still a head Turner elalmost every time I drive it.

Good luxury for reasonable price

Exceptional styling and road handling. Luxurious features that stack up against any competitor in same luxury range. Cool media platform and very comfortable to ride in back seat due to leg and head room. One particular feature is a microphone system that allows driver to speak with amplified voice that is heard through all speakers in car so passengers in the back seat have ease of hearing what the driver is saying.

Excellent SUV

Great styling inside and out. Reliability has been terrific over the one year we’ve owned the car. We did have a minor transmission issue that was addressed quickly by the dealership. The quality of the interior materials and styling is second to none.

My Genesis Gv80

I purchased a Genesis Gv80 after seeing it on TV in a super bowl commercial. I feel in love right away. Also having owned a Genesis sedan in the past I had a pretty good idea it would be a great car. I wasn't wrong , it's everything I could ask for in a vehicle. The comfort, the ease of operation in the driving and the use of the accessories is outstanding.

Amazing Vehicle. Best experience ever for auto purchase. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My sales consultant & his manager helped me with the perfect GV80 and made the process fun and just a pleasure from start to finish. Almost perfect vehicle - but where are the memory keys?

I love this car and would seriously consider a 2023 G90 as my next car....but only if Genesis introduces memory keys. That is a serious omission for me despite loving everything else about the GV80. The sound system in the GV80 is outstanding and one of the best I have heard in any vehicle.

Absolute Beauty and insanely attractive

It is absolutely beautiful car with absolutely attractive interior and exterior. It is very comfortable, convenient, and most importantly I feel very very safe driving it. The features are so advanced and easy to use. I am in love with the vehicle. I rate the vehicle very very high on my expectations and my personal experience is absolutely fantastic.

Love My GV80

I have owned every luxury SUV imaginable and spent a day looking at Lexus, Cadillac, Lincoln, Mercedes, Audi and Infiniti and nothing compared to the Genesis GV80! After a day of looking and not being satisfied of what I saw, my friend recommendedI look at the Genesis GV80. I was sold immediately after driving it. It has amazing features, comfort second to none, and I feel is a great value.

Love this vehicle

GV80 looks great and handles great. I have had the vehicle for a year with no issues. Fuel economy is decent for size and performance. I love the exterior design. The technology is easy to navigate. The integration with the app makes navigation a breeze.
