Unrivaled Beauty and Performance

I decided to purchase a fully loaded GV80 after a thorough comparative research on SUVs with similar luxuries. The styling is superb, inside and out. The price, unbeatable! I love how comfortable it is in long distance drives: almost self driving, excellent sound system and it even massages your back! I had no major issues last 2 years. Recommend it 1000x

Lots of bells and whistles for the money

I have had some unusual drivetrain and suspension issues with this high mileage car that has been used on the highway a lot. Dealer has taken care of all but I am concerned as I approach warranty limits . This car has spoiled me to only trade now for cars with self driving features.

Excellent Ride

Stylish SUV and fun to drive. Excellent sound system. Decent mileage. Nice features. I enjoy driving the SV80 as it is dependable and comfortable inside. Plenty if safety features and lighting, both inside and outside are very nice. Overall exterior styling is very good .

My GV80 exceeds my expectations and I will continue to be a Genesis owner from now on. The only adjustment that I had to make was getting into the vehicle, because it is slightly shorter than the bigger trucks that I previously owned. But otherwise, I love it.

Excellent Vehicle

When I get my GV80 there weren't many of these models on the roads yet. I would get a lot of comments on how people loved my car when I was out. Many were surprised it was a Genesis or were not aware of this brand of vehicle. This was something that I have never had happen before. The interior is beautiful as well. I did have a hard time finding the color and interior I wanted and was worth the wait and location we went to out of state to get it. Still notice the attention this vehicle gets when I am stopped at a light or driving it around town.

Beautiful and well equipped at a great price

I drove European cars for the past 10 years, Volvo and Jaguar. I was curious about Genesis and was impressed when I test drove it. The handling, the craftsmanship and equipment in the car is impressive for thousands of dollars less than the European cars I drove in the past. I have now driven the car for a year, and do not regret my choice at all. I love my GV80 and plan to keep it a while.

GV 80 Experience

GV 80 is amazing with its integrated safety features. The fuel economy is not that great but styling and acceleration is superior. The only minimally negative is the road noise inside the vehicle cabin. Perhaps there is some bias here because of our previous driving experience with the G90.

Great first SUV for me and Genesis

This is my first SUV, I previously had driven 3 G80's . I was looking to get another G80 until I saw this SUV. I had to get it and I am not disappointed. To start, the styling is incredible, the front facia is the best in the segment. The wheels and rims are athletic and muscular, very distinctive and eye catching. Interior is minimalistic and stylish, great design concept. I can't wait for the the 2nd generation of the SUV to arrive.

Durham’s GV 80

I love my GV 80. I would not consider any other vehicle than a Genesis in the future. I can’t wait for my lease to end in December. My only complaint is the driver’s seat massage function. It numbs my behind and legs while driving. Very hard and uncomfortable.

Overall great

We’re pleased with our selection of the GV80 suv. If we had to do it again we would buy it. Maybe a different color . Dealerships and the concierge service need’s upgrade to meet with luxury car standards of other brands. I brought a Cadillac Escalade in 2014 and they still treat me with a better level of service than Genesis from the waiting room to washing my suv…this is after 8 years! Service after the sale for a luxury brand is absolutely essential to me!

GV80

GV80 is a good looking car with good bang for your buck. The car itself is fine. But if Genesis wants to be a major player in the luxury car segment, it needs to significantly improve the dealership experience. Some of your dealers have no place selling "luxury" cars. It's unfortunate that they spend a billions in deception a great car yet not put enough emphasis on the dealership experience.

My GV80

I have enjoyed my vehicle, however my ratings are affected by the check engine light and inability to get parts to fix my vehicle. It is not the fault of the dealer and they have been very good at informing me of the situation but the manufacturer has to figure out how to deal with parts issues.

I love the vehicle EXCEPT for the Wireless charging station which is a extremely poor design and does not work with my iphone 13 pro. At this car’s price point this should not be the issue to complain about. Otherwise I would have given this car a rating of 10 across the board.

i really like the GV 80 -- 3rd row seats for children - could have more leg room for 2nd row seats - fast - drives itself - gets a lot of looks from other drivers - not many on the road - dealer service department is lacking in reliability and attitude

Genesis GV80 is Quality & Comfort Combined

The Genesis GV80 has been an excellent vehicle from opening the vehicle door, to driving the quality vehicle that provides excellent safety features, well positioned dials and gauges for easy use and function, while providing the driver and other passengers comfort throughout the entire interior. Excellent vehicle both on the interior aspect and exterior aspect!

Great SUV

Great SUV. This has been one of the best cars that I have ever owned. I love driving my car every day. My husband loves profiling the SUV. I must say that Hyundai/Genesis did a great job on this vehicle. I can't wait for the next generation. I have lost count on how many times i get the thumbs up sign. Great SUV.

GV80 - Excellent reliable car

My car has performed flawlessly during first year of ownership. Nothing has needed repair or adjustment. The engine is particularly responsive yet is more fuel efficient than the Toyota Highlander I replaced. The car is a pleasure to drive. Sound system is great

Genesis missed the mark

Genesis missed the mark when I started having issues with mine and my husband's car bought on the same day. The dealership is quick to say problems don't exist and Genesis corporate is not able to step in and do anything when it does not work out in their benefit.

LOVE IT

I am so impressed with the Genesis GV80! Edwards Genesis of Council Bluffs made this experience even better with their professionalism and attention to details. Everyone from the sales staff all the way up to the GM was so helpful. The service team has also exceeded my expectations and I will definitely purchase from Edwards again and refer family and friends as well.

Amazing

I can't say enough about the GV80. It is the most incredible vehicle I've ever driven. It is stylish, has every bell & whistle you could ask for & it's fast too. On a long trip I was surprised that I received a massage while I wanted in traffic. It handles like a dream, hugs the turns & I feel incredibly safe in this vehicle. There are so many safety features that I feel safe even driving on I-4 in Florida.
