Review of Gilroy of Genesis - Don't expect luxury car service
This dealership should not be servicing Genesis vehicles. They lack the customer service skills, the luxury feel of a Lexus or Mercedes service centers, and they don't even wash your luxury vehicle.

Overall, Genesis of Gilroy was very disappointing.

I apologize for the poor customer service. Upon reopening we are very limited on offerings for the Genesis client. We try to monitor the Genesis appointments, so we inform the customer of our limitations. We hope after the sale we can return to the level of service the Genesis client is expecting.
