I recently received two emails informing me that it's time to have my Genesis serviced. I made several attempts to call the service dept. at Genesis of Glendale to make an appt. but no one ever answers the phone. I tried to make a service appt. on their website but the first availability isn't until August 4th, 2022. I then called the Genesis's corp. office, explained my problem and was assured that they would look into notifying the service dept. in Glendale and arrange an appt. for service. Soon after that call I received an email from a Hyundai salesperson, asking me what model of Hyundai am I interested in. I explained that I was not looking to buy a car but to service my Genesis. She then gave me the number of the person at the dealership that handles Genesis servicing. The person I then spoke with told me to just bring my car in and most likely I could get my car in, although there could be a two-hour wait. Totally unacceptable.
