Warning came on telling me that vehicle needed service done. Called and left message and after not receiving a call back after several days called again and finally got a hold of someone. They are telling me its going to be five weeeks before they can get my car in. So i called Genesis of Santa Monica and they can get my car in 8 days. Now im going to be putting a extra 28 miles on my car thats leased because you sold me a service you cant do in a timely matter. Maybe you should tell your customers whell you sell them the cars they need to call 2 months ahead to get a appointment.
