My visit
The parking is cramped. The service department was very friendly but not very efficient. We went over the work to be done when we dropped off the car only to find out when we returned to pick up the vehicle that in fact the main purpose of the visit had not been completed. This caused us to be at the garage for an hour longer than promised.

Poor attention to understanding customers request
of service required, therefore not fixing the problem. No communication of service done. Part not ordered timely and not installed. Wrong price given to customer of part ordered - costumer blamed. Never experienced this at Porsche, BMW, Audi or Lexus ( my previous cars )

This facility is an older one. Needs updating. Cramped for space on the outside. Very little parking available the day I was there.
