I was kept up-to-date on developments as my GV80 was being built and delivered, and I didn't have to worry about hassling with negotiations. MSRP of my configured vehicle online is what I paid (and happily considering the ease of the process).
During signing, all my questions were clearly answered and all the information I was presented seemed relevant; I wasn't pressured toward a particular selection or option. The only thing I was pressured to do was take a snack...I just couldn't say no when the tray made its way in front of me.
