Awful customer service. I own a Genesis GV70 and tried to schedule service and a rental car. The person working there said I cannot get a loaner because I did not purchase my car from this dealership which is not anywhere in fine print. That is absolutely ridiculous and a lie, not a rule I have ever seen. I have literally gotten loaners from another Genesis dealership in Pittsburgh when I purchased my car in Massachusetts, I have no clue where this salty marketing strategy is. I have recommended someone else to purchase from this dealership and they did. If that's the service you give, I will not leave without saying something. I never in my life had to deal with this.
