Lies and excuses
This dealership can not be trusted for service! I took my vehicle in for service, was charged full price and no service was done! It took 3 weeks to get an appointment for and oil change and tire rotation. I ask for a copy of the multi point inspection sheet and the service advisor refused! Then he waited till later on that evening and decided to email me a completely fabricated multi point inspection. Now the next day, my vehicle is saying, "DUE FOR SERVICE NOW!"

Let's blame everything not related to Covid on... ??

I am sorry to hear that a paper copy of your multi-point inspection was not given to you.I am not sure what you mean that services were not performed on your vehicle.
